The Event Promotion Graphic Package Includes:

  • 11″ x 17″ Poster
  • 600×600 Event Promo Image
  • Ticket* (free add-on if needed, cannot be exchanged)

These promotional graphics are a very low cost and effective way to capture the vibe of your upcoming event and get people’s attention. These graphics will include the following:

  • All necessary event information as needed (location, ticket info, times, URLs, QR codes, etc.)
  • Branding Logos – promoters, sponsors, artists, etc. It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, accurate, and readable branding logos to Chad. Any amount of logos can be added.
  • Imagery and graphics – Chad will retain artist control over additional imagery and graphics. While Chad will take general design ideas from the client, it is 100% and expressly understood by the client that the final design of the graphics are the final design. This service is $40 to help keep marketing costs low for our local artists. Because of this low cost, Chad will only provide a good looking and carefully designed promotional graphic that cannot be returned once delivered. Chad will correct mistakes in information being presented, and will even issue updates for free until the day of the event (like if a DJ is added or taken off the lineup, or the location changes), but everything else is ALL SALES FINAL.
